How do I create my first budget?
When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to create a budget. Enter your income sources and set up your spending categories. The app will guide you through the process step by step.
How does the pay period calculation work?
CoFinance automatically calculates your pay periods based on your income frequency. For multiple incomes, it uses the least frequent primary income to determine the period, then counts how many checks of other incomes fall within that period.
What's the difference between Free and Pro tiers?
Free tier allows one budget with basic features. Pro tier ($4.99/month) includes unlimited budgets, advanced analytics, and premium features for comprehensive financial management.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Upgrade → Restore Purchases. This will restore your Pro subscription if you've previously purchased it on this device or account.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! CoFinance works offline. Your data syncs automatically when you have an internet connection. You can view and update your budget even without internet access.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at cofinance.contact@gmail.com with "Delete Account" in the subject line. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
